plusRS was founded on a simple observation from years of operations-excellence practice: manufacturers drown in fragmented tools — spreadsheets for actions, binders for audits, email for everything else. The methodology exists; the software didn't.
Building opexONE
We channeled that experience into opexONE — one platform for actions, problem solving, audits, incidents, EHS, QMS, meetings, and routines. Opinionated, multi-tenant, and built to work out of the box.
A HM Ventures OÜ Company
Today, plusRS operates from Tallinn, Estonia, as part of HM Ventures OÜ — building and operating opexONE for manufacturers from single plants to multinational groups, on an architecture designed for global scale from day one.
